• Issue #14: the longbow's 'sleep arrows' are ammunition, not a creature ability; the rating prices the bow's stated damage. A GM arming pixies with sleep or amnesia arrows should treat that as equipment, exactly as the source presents it.
• CER recomputed from the reviewed Typical Stats through the canonical Dungeons on Automatic CER path: OR 4, PR -2, CER 2, threat tier minor.
• Conversion baseline reported OR 5, PR -2, CER 3 (tier minor). The reviewed values come from the consumer CER implementation, which rounds damage once after the damage-type multiplier and credits ranged accuracy; the conversion baseline ceilinged the damage base first and ignored range.
